This training provides participants with the opportunity to enhance their skills in steering the implementation of privacy protection management. Through hands-on experience, they will prepare to lead operational teams based on widely applied project management principles, procedures, and techniques in the business world. Throughout the training, students will acquire the foundational knowledge and skills necessary to plan, implement, evaluate, and ensure the integrity of a Privacy Information Management System (PIMS) in compliance with ISO 27701 standards and the associated quality assurance process. Drawing on real-world examples and practical exercises, students will be guided to successfully execute a PIMS implementation project, developing competencies in program management, implementation and monitoring techniques, and team management through effective communication with various stakeholders.
