This training provides participants the opportunity to build skills on the steering function of an implementation project quality management according to ISO 9001 and prepare through practice to lead teams, on basis of principles, procedures and techniques widely applied project management in the business world. During this training, the participant will acquire knowledge base and skills authorizing it to plan, implement, evaluate and ensure compliance, efficiency and performance of a QMS in compliance with the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard as well as good practice guides associated practices.
